Belfast Filmmaking Club presents Summer Skill Sessions supported by Northern Ireland Screen and Northern Regional College -
Our second workshop of the summer, "Shorts to Features," will be led by writer and director Colin McIvor. In this session, Colin will share insights from his career journey and discuss the transition from writing short films to directing big-budget features.
Colin McIvor is an award winning filmmaker, who has written and directed a number of award-winning short films. His debut feature film 'Cup Cake' (2010) won numerous international awards, including First in The Best Feature Category at Rhode Island International Film Festival 2010 and The Audience Award at Belfast Film Festival 2010.
